Joe FrazerJoe has worked for the betterment of the field of Massage Therapy for over 20 years as a practitioner, educator, and leader. As a practitioner his focus is on injury, sports massage and rehabilitation. As the Spa Director at the Stonehedge Inn for 9 years, his focus was on providing high quality bodywork spa experiences and fitness programs.
Joe entered the massage therapy education field almost 10 years ago and has been the Program Director since 2005 for the Premier Education Group. During that time he supervised and trained students doing post event sports massage at many events, including; The Boston Marathon 2006-2010 (for Dana Faber), The Manchester NH Marathon 2007-2010, The King Pine Triathlon, and Bike MS New Hampshire, along with many other local races.
Joe has created, designed, and for 5 years administered, a work-place wellness massage program that focuses on repetitive stress injuries in the workplace.
Being a strong advocate for education and licensing, Joe currently serves on the Massage Therapy Advisory Board for New Hampshire Department of Health, is licensed in MA and NH, and is 2nd VP to the American Massage Therapy Association – NH chapter Board of Directors. He is Nationally Certified.
When not doing massage therapy or focusing on his own fitness goals one of his many passions is to further the mission of the Animal Rescue League.
Anna GammalAnna is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and the founder and owner of Body n’ Beyond Massage Therapy in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Since 1998 she has built a successful massage therapy practice working with clients with chronic pain and injuries as well as with athletes during event preparation and recovery. An athlete herself, Anna was the 3rd National Champion in 1989 of her native Greece in the 10K meter run.
She now enjoys assisting others in reaching their full potential …or simply feeling their best. Anna was the Co-Director of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Sports Massage Team. Anna was also a member of the Massage Therapy Team for the 2012 Olympics in London. Anna has also served as a therapist for elite athletes competing in the Boston Marathon.
Anna is certified in Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point, Clinical Massage, Sports Massage, Pre- and Post-natal massage, and Brain Therapy. She is also a Reiki I practitioner, a personal trainer, a Quantum Touch Practitioner; is certified in Hypnotherapy and is a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
Beyond her practice, Anna is a massage therapy instructor. She is a visiting faculty member of The Myotherapy College of Utah and teaches Myofascial Therapy seminars in the U.S. and internationally. Anna is also a Member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Massage therapy Association (AMTA).
